The Creative Mind Academy (CMA) has scheduled four upcoming virtual preview sessions for prospective students and parents from around the world.

The Creative Mind Academy is a new Summer institute for high school students in grades 11 and 12 from all over the world, premiering in summer 2022. Over the course of four weeks, students complete six transferable college units at San Diego State University’s beautiful campus.

The program consists of theory-based and hands-on courses that prioritize experiential learning and creative expression. At its core, CMA embraces a spirit of cross-disciplinary learning, blurring the lines that often divide sciences, art, social sciences, technology, and business.

Over 30 courses are offered.

The first three upcoming events will be led by the director, Heather Sweeney, who will provide facts about the CMA, including: class offerings, housing, meals, excursions, cost, applications, security, and more! Potential students, their parents, high school counselors, and teachers are welcome. There will also be time for a Q and A.
