Immediately following the matinee performance of "Ziggy, Stardust & Me" there will be a panel discussion focused on LGBTQ+ identity and history as represented in the production. The panel will feature Marie Draz, Director, LGBTQ+ Studies Program, James Brandon, Author, Ziggy, Stardust & Me, James Martinez Salem and Jessica Field, co-writers, Ziggy, Stardust & Me the Musical, and others.Moderator: Sierra Shreves. Attendance at this event will count for 15 points toward the Arts Alive SDSU Certificate.

A presentation of the mock TV show, directed by Herbert Siguenza, that he produced as the 22-23 Artist-in-Residence for Arts Alive SDSU. Herbert will also host a short Q&A session following the screening about his collaboration with our campus community and students to produce this exciting project titled "SDPU Live!" Attendance at this event will count for 15 points toward the Arts Alive SDSU Certificate.

Film Screening: Sweet Land Opera

When COVID-19 forced the shutdown of "Sweet Land," an opera by The Industry, only two weeks into its world premiere run, the ensemble came together for one final impassioned performance, which was recorded to preserve their work.
